CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Keith Sinton joined Vision Plastics NZ as Chief Executive Officer on 1 May 2025. In this role, he leads the company’s strategic direction, focused on accelerating growth, advancing innovation, and strengthening sustainability initiatives within New Zealand’s plastics manufacturing and recycling sector. Vision Plastics is recognised as a market leader in rotational moulding powders and in converting end-of-life plastic products, such as tanks and mussel floats, into high-value recycled resins for domestic and export markets. Keith brings a strong background in operations and sales, supporting Vision Plastic’s expansion and its commitment to circular-economy solutions.

Prior to joining Vision Plastics, Keith held senior leadership roles at leading plastic and recycling businesses within New Zealand, building extensive experience across sales, manufacturing, recycling, and business unit management.

KEITH SINTON

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER AND SALES - AUSTRALIA/PACIFIC

Luka leads supply chain and sales for Vision Plastics across Australia and the Pacific, supporting customers with their material supply requirements and delivering tailored recycling solutions aligned with Vision Plastics’ circular economy objectives. Drawing on extensive experience in supply chain management and operational delivery within the business, he works closely with Vision Plastics’ internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure efficient, reliable, and sustainable outcomes.

Luka is responsible for optimising end-to-end supply chains, aligning commercial strategy with operational capability, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

NZ SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER

Steve plays a pivotal role in driving Vision Plastics sales and customer engagement.  Steve has strong technical experience and a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. He works closely with clients across New Zealand, regularly travelling to customer sites to build relationships and understand customer needs.  This allows Vplas to provide tailored technical and product solutions.

With a solid background in manufacturing and the rotational moulding processes, Steve bridges the gap between sales, marketing and production, ensuring customer requirements are translated into practical, high quality outcomes. His hands on, consultative approach supports long term partnerships, product development opportunities, and Vision Plastics continued growth in both existing and emerging markets.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Linda is the Financial Controller for Vision Plastics and is responsible for the accounting, finance, treasury and compliance functions.

Linda has been with Vision Plastics since 2012 and has played a vital part in nurturing the company’s growth while ensuring consistent financial stability and risk mitigation.

Linda has a strong background as an accountant in the industry, with over 35 years of technical expertise and leadership experience. Linda has focused her career with medium-sized WD and manufacturing organisations where she has ensured accurate delivery of management and financial reporting, financial modelling and forecasting, and cash flow management.

LINDA MEEHAN

OWNER & DIRECTOR

Dario has worked in the powder and polymer industry for over 40 years.

He has extensive domestic and international experience, having worked in the US, Canada, Belgium and Australia. As Group Managing Director for a previous major powder producer, he was responsible for setting up manufacturing plants in Malaysia, Brazil, Brisbane and Dubai.

Dario is passionate about building long term relationships with suppliers and customers and his focus for VPlas is on product development and sales and marketing.

SALLY SPENCER

OWNER & DIRECTOR

Sally has an extensive career in a range of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications and public and private health sectors. She has held various senior finance positions, including Fletcher Challenge Steel and the public health sector, and six years with previous a major powder producer as Group Financial Controller Asia Pacific and then as General Manager New Zealand.

Sally has over 20 years industry experience and thrives on direct contact with our customers Sally has a strong passion for the industry and in helping our customers grow and develop.
